4 weeks pregnant feeling ill 🤒

Ive just found out I’m 4ish weeks pregnant ,
But i feel horrible 😷
I’ve never had the flu , but I assume this is what it’s like ... my body is tender and achey , I have not much appetite and my throat feels like I swallowed glass 😢 .
This is my first few days of feeling like this , I’m unsure if this is normal or not 🤷🏽♀️
