Does eating chocolate, greasy food, can't cause pimples?!? Is this baloney or is this true!!!! 😱😱😱😱⁉️⁉️⁉️⁉️

Not true, at least not true for everyone. I've never had acne/pimples and I eat whatever I want greasy or no.

It's not true. I have severe acne and it dosent matter what I eat I still have pimples. The only thing that keeps it kinda at bay is drinking a lot of water because flushes out the toxins in you body. That's just an old wives tale.

Some it effects some it doesnt. All depends how one's body reacts. I don't react to it but a friend of mine is a very dedicated health fanatic and will allow herself one cheat meal every 2 months and she will break out for a few days afterwards bc of the fats in the food
