How much is too much?

Question

I am 145 lbs over weight... That is an entire other persons worth of weight. We have been trying to conceive 3 years in November. It is suspected that I have PCOS and endometriosis but not confirmed. My doctor wants me to try metformin again for a while and concentrate on losing the weight before we focus on getting to conceive. But it's overwhelming. Where do you even begin? How much weight is TOO much to lose?

I’ve had lots of luck with paleo diet, bc it was the easiest to execute for me. I had to baby step weight loss and celebrate small victories. 
One of the hardest things to do is find a way to celebrate without using food! It takes a lot of mental prep work, but you got this!

Weight loss could definitely help you. But remember why your doing it and focus on that motivation. Also, try to look at it as a life changing event. So a little changes at a time could help. Don’t do anything drastic far as diet because you probably won’t stick through it. Something as little as drinking water more or taking a walk every other day could help you. Or when deciding what to eat at home or at a restaurant, try picking healthier choices.

So I'm on that too. They say they like to see somewhere between 20-45 lbs in women within like a 1-3 months. I've lost about 20-25 lbs in like the last 1 1/2 months. But I don't eat and all I do is work so maybe that's why I lost so much so last. My doctor said it will take time and it will make me feel sick. I have PCOS so I no what ur going through right now
