So I woke up yesterday with this bump on my wrist. Just thinking it was a pimple but realized there was no head on it. But it hurt so bad !! So I left it alone all day yesterday. Then woke up today with it worse and with what looks like a white head on it. Does it look like a bite ? And pimple ? A cyst? What is it ?! And what should I do? Pop it ? Leave it alone? Help it hurts so bad and I keep accidentally bumping it on EVERYTHING.

Update: this is what it looks like now. And to me it looks worse, help a girl out !!
