Is it true when you know you know

Ok this is a question for the moms that have multiple children. Did you ever just know you were pregnant like before even getting a positive test you just knew??? Ever since I ovulated I can’t shake the feeling like I just know this is going to be my month I can’t explain it I just got a feeling. All the other times we ttc we never had a 100% sure sign I was ovulating until this cycle I had the ew cervical mucus and cramping and positive opks on the strip and digital tests. Since ovulation I had a day or 2 to where I swear I felt Implantation I had cramping like I don’t usually get and it was 2 weeks before my period was due. Then I started getting sleepy a loooot like to where I have to have a nap during the day and I’ve got a crazy appetite right now! I’m a verrrry picky eater but I want to eat any and everything right now like things I’ve never had before and that’s only ever happened on time before and that’s when I was pregnant with my daughter. Then today I went to put my bra on and I no lie screamed and I nevvvver get sore boobs like I mean never not before my period or anything only when I’m pregnant. I just took this test and idk to me it looks like there’s a second line but hubby can’t see it and i think I’m just going crazy! I only have one digital left and I’m horrified of using it and getting my hopes ruined. My question is did any of you ever have this feeling and actually end up being pregnant??? I’m only 8dpo right now so it’s still early I just can’t shake this feeling
