Hi ladies!

Pregnant with baby #3. I woke up this morning with a terrible headache and horrible back pain on right side mid to lower areas. It feels extremely tight as though the pain is piercing through my back to the side of my stomach, when I lay down on the right side of my stomach. Has anyone else had this? I’m 10w 4d. I remember round ligament pain, however, I have never been in this much pain from it before...

No bleeding or cramps or anything just horrible back pain...

If you have experienced this what did you do for relief?
