Ok here is a pic of my cycle this month

We took clomid days 5-9. The day after my period ended I started take ovulation test to try to find my O day. I had not had a cycle for 8 months. To my surprise it was positive. On that Tuesday went for a scan and had well over 10 follicles in each ovary. So she said to watch for vomiting and pains from over stimulation. And that she thinks I’ll ovulate with in the next two days. Well any ways we are now past due on my period glow says by 10 days but you know who knows. But does this just mean I didn’t ovulate that first week? All tests are pretty negative. Should I call my doc and let her know and maybe jump start my period again and try our second round or just wait it out?

Also I’ll add I had lots of twinges and tightness/fullness in my ovaries up until 8/25.
