Is blood pressure 136/89 at 34 weeks with twins terrible?

I just went to the ob er for observation because I've had nausea vomiting and a headache for about 3days. I have a pretty effective morning sickness medicine routine and I don't normally get headaches. no swelling really. They said the babies are rock stars of course but there was a trace of protein in my pee for the first time in the pregnancy. the on call doc even said he would recommend the csection now if I were further along. That just seems a bit extreme because everyone keeps telling me it could be worse. overall my ob appts this week is moving up and I should be going week to week from now on. I'm just wondering if anyone else has experienced this and what happened next. wondering if it'll get worse or if they might schedule a c section earlier than 37 weeks?
