For babies sleeping through the night, what’s their bedtime?

My 7 week old is sleeping through the night (has been since about 5 weeks). She sleeps from about 9-9:30 to 6-6:30, but was wonder how early some of you put your babies down. I’ll eventually need her to wake up earlier once I go back to work.

I breastfeed and my baby sleeps separate and still wakes up every 3 hours if I’m lucky. She will stay awake 10pm till 2am just crying

How do you all do it if they are due to feed at different times? I usually wait until baby boy's night time feeding which varies from 9-11 and before that I bathe him then he gets his bottle. I want to put him on a consistent schedule but I dont know if for example he eats at 7:30 PM well then I wait until 9:00 to bathe because his bottle will be due at 9:30. So sometimes its later. I'm curious how you all work it in? Lol

Mine sleeps around 8:30/9:30-  4:45/ 5:45

We joined our little lady’s bedtime with her big brothers from day 1. 7-7:30 is bath time, then playtime with daddy usually for our oldest to get out any extra energy, teeth brushing, book and in bed by 8. Our little lady usually starts taking her last bottle between 7:45 and 8 and is done and in her crib by 8:30. 8 has always worked for us even though a lot of friends and family think it’s a late time, but i stay home so they can sleep in as long as they want most days. My sisters kids are older but they had to get up early for her to get them ready for daycare and to work on time and early and they were always in bed by like 7. Have you tried changing your routine to an hour earlier and seeing if the baby wakes up an hour earlier? Some kids that makes no difference at all to, some it’ll work and they’ll still get the sleep they need and better fir your schedule! Our first needed the 12hrs a night he was sleeping bc during the 6mos he was in daycare he never napped, he was always so tired when my husband would pick him up but he couldn’t sleep through all the other kids screaming all day! I’m personally dreading daylight saving coming up wreaking havoc on both my kids sleep schedules lol

Following cause I’m trying to figure out a routine.  I’m not returning to work but my hubby is about to and we need a routine so I don’t become a hot mess.  He just started to sleep more than 3.5-4 hrs at night.
