With as red and having some much inflammation as it is, this is not a cyst. It looks more like a bite, spider possibly. Draw a circle around the red part with pen, watch it, if it starts to become red past you line marking to in.

Is it pretty painful to touch? Warm? Are you having fevers? If so, it’s likely an infected pimple or hair follicle that may have an abscess (boil) underneath. Doing warm &wet compresses can help with pain but you should see you doctor and will likely need antibiotics.

I get them all the time lol. Nothing I ever get concerned about, but if it’s making you sick then maybe you should see a doctor. Mine is usually from sweat or an ingrown hair and goes away after popping or goes away on its own. Good luck

Looks like an infection I had something similar ended up being staph had to go to the ER cus it spread so fast. I'm not saying it's that but it looks angry

A cyst or a boil. Looks inflamed and if it's making you feel sick or feverish it could be infected. You should have it looked at.
