Please tell me if it's me!!!

​Ever since I have told them all I feel is they are gossiping, every time I walk in on them there conversation stops, any time the baby is bought it they tell me that things will get worse and you can't have this or can't have that, I'm a snob cause I want to buy everything brand new which it's my first child so I want the best whilst I can afford it, also since they have found out my sister in law has stopped taking her pill?? Her partner doesn't want anymore kids as they already have 2 a 5 and 3 year old! Maybe I'm looking way into things but I can't cope with the negativity, she talks as if my baby is a burden when it's very much wanted and loved already at its tiny 6 weeks inside me! Me and my partner argue a lot cause I'm constantly on at him about his mum and sister and his sick of being stuck in the middle! I just need a rant! At the same time I genuinely need advice on what to do cause it's impossible to ignore it! His mother is nice when she alone but when his sister is around its kind of like she's too scared to say anything! I feel like my baby is a threat to the sister in law as she is the only one to have given grand children! I'm
