Am I pregnant?

I had a natural miscarriage at the end of may and had a period started having regular periods again a month later. My last period was Aug 7th and I had unprotected sex on the day before and of my most fertile days. I had at first light pink and then dark brown spotting for 2-3 days a week after the unprotected sex and about a week before my period was supposed to start. I took a test the day before my period should of started and it was negative I’ve just been feeling really down and not normal and now I’m 5 days late for my period. Is it too soon for a test?
