TMI but I need advice

So my obgyn prescribed me something for a yeast infection she asked I eating a lot of acidic foods and It started with thrush just like on my tongue but then it went to my other areas I’ve never had one before my lady parts swole up and Im on my last day of meds but since I’ve been on it I’ve been spotting and my obgyn is out for a few days I’m 7+months pregnant and I’m frightened my hubby has been doing research with me to calm me down but it’s frightening me I have never had This issue any advice and this is our third baby we lost one of our twins earlier on I don’t want to lose our baby
