Switching to vegetarian

Hello ladies,

I've been considering the idea of becoming a vegetarian. However, I'll have thoughts of how I'll miss eating meat and forget about the vegetarian switch. However, I'm really considering it this time around because it's better health wise, and trying to find meat that has not been injected with 50 million preservatives, and growth hormones at a reasonable price is impossible. I have a 3 year old daughter and a reluctant husband lol. However, he is willing to try it. If you are vegetarian and have children can you leave some tips or what you did to start switching, and some recipes that you and the little one found delicious. I would rather make the switch now rather than waiting until she's in her teens.
