Spotting @ 5-6 weeks? Some TMI

Im roughly 5-6 weeks and yesterday noticed light brown blood when I wiped after going to the toilet. I've had no cramps, just mild backache and wondered if anyone else has had this? I'm worried as had a mmc in April but rang the EPU who said it could be implantation bleeding and not to worry unless it gets heavier or painful. This morning I had what looked like maybe bits of lining that you get during a period with a few stringy bits but again only when I wipe. I have a scan next week so am remaining positive but would appreciate any similar experiences of whether this is the norm? thanks x
