Advice please 😊
I have a daughter who will be 3 in November...She is currently being tested for Autism & Sensory Processing disorder..She has little speak maybe only 4/5 words that you can just about make out...I want to toilet train her as I feel she is at that age where she shouldn't be wearing nappies. My health nurse told me not to worry about it as she wouldn't be able to say if she needed the potty but personally I think she could manage as when she wants certain things she can communicate in her own way...
Is or has anyone been in a similar situation? I'm just wondering what your thoughts on this are..Should I try or do as my health nurse says and leave it for now?
All advice is greatly appreciated 😊
