I've seen a few posts about maca root but what exactly is it and how does it work or help?

My husband is actually taking it this cycle. It has great benefits to both women and men, but for the men it's supposed to increase speem quality and quantity. Hopefully it works for us :)

I have taken maca root for 2 years. Became pregnant 1st cycle of trying (ended in miscarriage- March 2014) and am currently 3 1/2 weeks pregnant now.  It gives you energy, increases sex drive and fertility. ;)
