A baby in the nursery I worked for had this and it was awesome. The mom used it for occasions where she couldn’t stop and feed him, mostly Sunday nursery and the car. 
As a nursery worker it was a life saver because we would put the baby in a swing and he could feed himself while we cared for their fussy babies.
