I'm getting blood work done to see if I'm ovulating/figure out next steps as I've been trying for a year unsuccessfully. My dr told me to come in for a blood draw on the 3rd and 21st days of my cycle. I think it started today (a week earlier than anticipated) but it's just spotting and often I will spot for a day or too then nothing for a day then actual flow. So is today (spotting) the first day of my cycle or do I wait until actual flow?
