Waking from naps in a foul mood!

Hi, just looking for some help or explanations maybe..

my little lady naps at roughly the same time each day , she’s always ready for it and happily goes down however when she wakes from naps she’s extremely grumpy! Today she had a major meltdown for nearly 30 mins it was exhausting!!! She is distressed and grumpy and has zero tolerance for at least half an hour post nap most days. Does anyone else experience this? I cannot figure out the explanation. She wakes up on her own accord and has a good hour (ish) nap most days. Help?!
