New to BBT and TTC

Good morning ladies, so I am new to all of this bbt monitoring. Been TTC since March. Had my implanon taking out March 22, 2018. No AF for 4 months so OB put me on progesterone, had heavy AF last month for 8 days and had a very light flow (only when I wiped) for 6-7 days this cycle. The high temps are from when I was sick, never "ran temp" but I run a normal low body temperature, so 98 is high for me. Just hoping for some answers about my cycle or any thoughts.
