Did not know where to post but this is my first time applying for foodstamps. I quit my job so I can focus in college to pursue my dream. Our utilities are pretty high and have loans. I feel like I barely have enough for food. I have two children under the age of 18 and pregnant with our 3rd. My husband is very supportive and is the only one working at least 40 hours a week making about $12-13 an hour. He is also a legal Resident alien of the US, would he count or be eligible for food stamps if we qualify?
