Positive or line eyes??

I am only 3 DPO but I feel nauseous and have had acid reflux. I don’t track ovulation so I’m just going by the app. I took a test and there was a line but so faint and I couldn’t tell if there was color.

Only BD September 1st and 7th.

Plan on testing again on Thursday or Friday.
