Does any one else get eczema on their hands? If so, what's a good product to get it to go away? I feel like I've tried everything and nothing works for me.

I've had eczema for 23 years on all parts on my body and the only thing that's worked for me so far is using any body wash or lotion that has coco butter or oatmeal/honey in them. Like right now I'm using Vaseline intensive care cocoa radiant lotion and my body wash I switch between St Ives and dial (vanilla honey) and since I have its cleared up ALOT and have had hardly any flare ups. I also have Bactroban cream from the doctor for it in case I have severe flare ups and it helps a good bit.

Yes! I get it under my wedding ring really bad. I use an excema salve that I get from a local couple that makes stuff for sensitive skin. I don't remember what all is in it but it has several essential oils and chamomile. At night, I take my rings off, put the stuff on, and sleep with a sock on my hand. The sock thing works for whatever cream or salve you use. Keeps the moisture in all night long and gives it a good chance to heal. It's a miracle worker.

I have it on the bottom of one foot. I've finally just got it under control, after 7 doctors, and years of itching. Summer is the worst because it's hot and makes it worse. 1. Don't itch it. 2. Always lotion. I put thick cream on at least twice a day. After washing is very important. You want to keep it hydrated (sounds the opposite, but it works). I use Cetaphil moisturizing cream. Because it's on your hands, I would lotion at least 5x a day.
