This is my baby Lilly. She is 10 weeks.. i plan to take her to get shots at around 16w.. What shots does she need? She is an indoor only kitten.

She's cute. Her Vet will tell you what shots she needs. Also make sure to get her microchipped at the proper age. ❤

You can start her now or just go at 12 weeks so you can get most of them each visit. At 12 weeks they should do a test for FIV and FeLv. If she will be indoor only and not introduced to outside cats then they will do a feline distemper, a fecal test for intestinal parasites, and a dewormer for roundworms and hookworms. If out ever or depending on the vet then they will also do the feline leukemia vaccine. Some vets will do rabies at 12 weeks because it is the “legal” one but some wait until 16 weeks because of their the advantages of it being done then. You will get a booster feline distemper, feline leukemia (if applicable), and maybe even another dewormer dose 3-4 weeks after the initial vaccine/dose given. DO NOT forget to booster and do it within the 3-4 weeks. It’s in kitty’s best interest.

I did rabies and a few others for my indoor cat. I opted out of some others because it’s if they get outdoors but my cats are too lazy to go outside so I got them the necessities
