3D ultrasounds

We did the 3d thing when I was 14 weeks to determine the gender. At that stage she still looked like a little alien. I want to do it in a week or two (29-30 weeks) but it'll be $95 and we already spent $120 at the first one. My question is is it worth the extra $95 or should we save that money for when baby comes? Thanks!!
