Itchy/sore clit?

So this is weird and maybe TMI, but ever since I've been pregnant, my clit has been super sensitive. I've had testing for yeast infections, BV, UTI - all negative. However, sometimes my clit gets pretty itchy and sore. Almost as if my underwear is too tight. Has this happened to anyone else? Should I be concerned? 😰😰

I got super itchy for awhile. And i scratched until it became swollen and sore (big mistake) but i have no idea why. Got tested and there was no signs of yeast infection, bv or anything. I did read it can happen from hormonal imbalances though

Extra blood flow is most likely the cause. My entire vagina was super super sensitive, and would be sore as soon as he would try to finger me during pregnancy.

That happened to me! It felt more
Like my crotch was on fire! The doctors didn’t know what to do, so I had been putting ice packs on it and it really felt like it was helping

It's probably just all the extra blood flow if all tests are coming back negative.
