When to start opk?

I was curious I've never used them before but when do you start them? Do you start the first day after your period or what? 
I'm going to try full force this month to get pregnant. I want my rainbow baby so badly

This is my first month using OPK's after a miscarriage....since I wasn't exactly sure of when I ovulate, I started testing on cd9. I only tested once a day until the line got a little darker, & then I started testing twice a day until it was positive...it turns out, I ovulate a lot sooner than I thought, as well as Glow & Ovia...so, fingers crossed! Baby dust💖

Well af came a day early on Sunday and just ended last night/today so I wanna start using them cause I really thought this was my month but I was wrong and was completely devastated. 
I'm actually going to try the opks for once
