Him. I told him I thought I was pregnant (which was dumb looking back. We’d never had sex, but I wasn’t feeling well and my period was late, so that’s what I equated it to 🙄). Anyway, he told me he loved me before I took the test. When it came back negative, he told me he still loved me and that would never change.

A month later he changed his name in my phone when I fell asleep to “will you be my girl?” Then he called my phone so when I woke up and saw that I jumped up and hugged him and as I did so he said he loved me ❤️

He said it on what was basically our first date. He lived in Seattle, Washington and I lived in Ottawa, Ontario. We had been in contact online for about a year before talking seriously about meeting in person. When we decided to give it a try, our conversations and emails became a lot more serious. He flew out to Ottawa to meet me and spent a weekend in town. On his last night there, we went for dinner downtown and then walked up to Parliament Hill. On our way there, some lady in a bar called out to him, "Hey Cowboy, you belong in here with us!" He put his arm around me and called back, "I'm right where I belong already." 💓 When we got up to the Hill, I started swinging off the railing, which apparently he found very endearing. Lol He said, "I would like to kiss you and tell you that I love you." He held me very lightly and gave me a kiss I'll never forget. It was brief, but amazing. He had my heart right there, but I didn't tell him I loved him until our second date. When he came to visit again a month later, I took him back to Parliament Hill and told him I loved him. 🤗

I don't remember if he replied, but when I was in ICU later I know he told me💕💕
