Positive?

So my baby is 4.5 months old and I just had my gallbladder out 10 days ago. I took a pregnancy test this morning and it was positive. I read it outside of the time window though as I got distracted by my baby. I saw it was positive and then took another 2 tests after with urine I was holding for 2 hours both of which were negative. Then I held my urine for another 3 hours and had 2 more negative tests. Is it likely that it was just a false positive? I'm most likely not pregnant right? The picture attached is the positive then the first 2 that are negative one of which is a first response test. The only time I had unprotected sex was 12 days ago.
