What do you feed your 1 year old?

My son is about to turn one. Can you give me examples of what you feed your one year old? Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner

By 1 year old all my kids ate whatever I & my husband  ate. never did special meals just for them.

Eggs avocado with toast w/ butter 
Cereal 
Oatmeal 
Fruits banana strawberry blueberries 
Yogurt 
Lunch 
Grilled cheese 
Quesadilla 
Pb&j 
Along with a veggie and fruit 
Dinner 
Pasta with sauce and peas 
Pastina ( Mac and cheese) 
I boil pastina then I add some butter add some milk and melt some cheese..Delish and easy 
Sometimes I'll add cut up carrots with peas as well
Turkey spinach meatballs 
Cut up veggie burgers I use dr pragers 
With melted cheese and avocado 
Shredded chicken 
Broccoli 
He loves beef stew 
I can't think of everything right now lol 
Snacks
String cheese 
Apple sauce 
Banana with peanut butter 
Yogurt with fruits 
Now that he's 18 months he eats a lot of what we eat but I do make him special meals a lot especially if we're not eating a nutritious meal like pizza or just apps kinda food.

Whatever I'm eating. Fruit, yogurt, bacon, eggs, hashbrowns, what have you.
Lunch: deconstructed sandwich with 🥑, it's her favorite.

Rice and chicken.
Whatever I'm eating.
She gets half water/half apple juice in her sippy.
Dinner: mashed potatoes and chicken.
Tacos.

Snacks: cheese stick, fruit, applesauce, pepperoni, Graham cracker, cheerios.

My son eats everything in sight, loves all sorts of food and doesn’t discriminate. God forbid you touch his food though after you give it to him, the major melt down of all melt downs will happen even if you’re just trying to open a wrapper.

After the typical baby food I started with soft fruits. Strawberries,mango,bananas. I do slice them small enough for them to chew but easy to grab. I also give them eggs. Scrambled or hard boiled(cut up). My kids eat grilled cheese, rice, noodles(cut up). When i felt my daughter was ready I would make her sandwhiches with a little lunch meat and cheese. I would roll the bread flat so it wasn't too thick. I use some softer meats for dinner like ground turkey. My kids love to eat mashed potatoes and sweet potatoes. And vegetables are pretty popular. Especially peas and green beans. I hope that helps some.
