So this is an odd situation but let me explain. We are both 19 almost 20 and have been together a year but living together the whole time (moved in after 2 weeks) our relationship has kinda always been fast paced and that’s how we like it. We’re both really happy together and work well. One of our close friends is getting married next year and it brought up the conversation of possible marriage 5-10 years from now (we both want to have stable careers first) I am pro marriage and pro having kids where as he would prefer we both just stay how we are now and be the “cool rich aunt and uncle” to our friends children (he’s an only child and I’m not on speaking terms with my family) should I just chalk him being so against it up to age and let it be? Because neither of us want marriage or children any time soon at all but I do want those things eventually.
