Hi. I am 19 years old and I am currently taking Tri-Lo Sprintec birth control pills. I have just begun to take my pills normally for this month (21 tablets with 7 placebos/sugar pills) as I had to wait to get my pills refilled. I usually get my period the first two weeks of the month (around the 6th to the 10th). My cycle is about 26 days. My boyfriend and I have been having unprotected sex from August 25th to now with the use of vaginal contraceptive film spermicide (we wait the 15 minutes). Yesterday I started seeing brown blood on my underwear (bigger than a spot) and experienced very severe cramps with light bleeding. Today I experienced red/dark red blood while having sex with my boyfriend and after (light bleeding on pads, but when I pee I experience a lot of blood coming out) and bad cramps throughout the entire day. When I went to the bathroom this evening, I had little clots of blood with a massive blood clot at the end of my pee that was as big as a coaster. I’ve been testing for pregnancy and turn out negative for both tests. My only symptoms are bad cramps which is usual for my period. With all of this, do you think I am pregnant?
