HELP ....
I’m 8 weeks pregnant and i just fell down my stairs very hard landing on my tailbone and back. Ever since my stomach has been a little crampy. I cant tell if this is nerves or I hurt the baby :( my last pregnancy resulted in a miscarriage so I’m freaking out.
