Sleep

My 3 month old daughter has been a great sleeper since birth. For the past two nights, however, she will only sleep if I’m holding her. I’ve tried holding her till she falls asleep but she immediately starts crying. I usually wait until she’s actually crying because she used to cry a little bit and go to sleep but that’s not the case here. Any thoughts? I’m not against the cry it out method but is she still to little for that? I also just got a cold so I don’t know if maybe she’s starting to get sick.
