IUI only option for husbands low morphology?

Just had my consultation with fertility specialist. All of my ultrasounds and tests came back really good! Definitely ovulations with lots of follicles all that good stuff apparently. Husband's sperm analysis not so good. Only 2% morphology. But his count and motility (78%) we're all really good and high. Doctor informed me however that our only option is IUI and if that doesn't work to move on to more artificial insemination treatments. We have tried for 7 months so far. Anyone have any similar experiences or insight?
