Supposedly 9 Weeks

So i was sleeping and woke up in the middle of the night to use the restroom on Sunday and this came out. I’m sorry for the TMI but i need opinions. I have been spotting basically since we found out i was pregnant. Last week’s ultrasound found the baby’s heartbeat and the doctor showed me the frequency of it but I’m honestly freaking out about this that came out. I’m not in any pain or haven’t had any cramps. My breasts still hurt and i have nausea now pretty much everyday. I am just freaking out and when i felt it, it was squishy (TMI), and thick.
