How to use shower head?

So I got told something about using a shower head for masturbating. I’ve gone out and brought one with 3 different settings on it but I’m still unsure of what to do 😂 do I stand up or lay down or what? Can I have some tips and tricks please and the best way to do it.

Using a detachable head lying down is best. Use lukewarm water temp and you don't need much pressure (you don't want to create another hole) hold quite close to your clitoris and move in circular motion as if you were masturbating with you fingers. I'd say only use on your visitors don't spray water directly into your vagina it can upset your PH. Hope this helps and enjoy !

If its a removable showerhead I imagine you’d have to stand as it probably wouldn’t reach the floor. If its not removable you just aim it at your bits. Sitting worked best for me when i used to do that. You just have to aim the water at your clit and go from there
