Spotting at 12x3 weeks??

Question

I woke up this morning to pee and there was a light pink color when I wiped. And now there is a medium brown discharge, I've also had slight cramping since yesterday and lower back pain that's been there for about a week.
 My pregnancy has been pretty normal and I'm currently taking antibiotics for a UTI... I just had my first OB appointment 4 days ago and an ultrasound. Baby was fine and really active.
Anyone else experience this? I'm just worried 😢

At 4 week intervals women can get whats called break through bleeding its the time your body would normally have the period

I've had spotting and brown/ pink discharge my entire pregnancy. ER visit only if you wipe red. You could be reabsorbing the luteal cyst right now... But pain with red signifies a call and visit...

I had spotting at 8w3d. I think ya common around the time you would have had your period. I didn't have any cramping though. If the blood increases or is bright red I would go to the ER just to be safe. Mine was pink and brown and only lasted less than a day.

Same!! I'm going to the dr tomorrow to get checked but I've had brown-pink old blood for 3 days now and I'm just as concerned as you are. Spoke to the nurse twice this weekend who want overly concerned since I didn't have cramps associated and not filling a pad with bright red blood. Prayers for us both!! Stay strong!

I think brown is ok, it's when it's red that you need to worry!

I had some brown discharge when I had a UTI and was on UTI meds around 9 weeks. I had an ultrasound in urgent care due to the brown and baby was fine. I got checked again almost a week later at my 10 weeks appointment and baby was still good in there. Moving around and everything. :) If you're super worried you can call your doctor or nurse line, but try not to stress too much about it. Everything is more than likely fine. :)
