Boyfriend obsessed with his phone

Hi guys. Recently I've started to become very annoyed at how my boyfriend spends a lot of time on his phone when he is with me. Today he came to see me but got his phone out straight away and decided to focus on that instead of me. Whenever I see him I always put my phone away so that we can just spend quality time together. I've also started to feel that my boyfriend only really pays any attention to me when he wants something sexual. He just says that he's still talking to me when he's on his phone but his attention is still concentrated elsewhere. Has anyone else experienced this in their relationships?
