Is it me or is Grey the nursery color of the year?

I'm having a boy and I'm finding it SO HARD to find something that's not all blue for his crib bedding! But I just see white, red, green, grey, and brown. And they look so boring and cheesy to me. 
I try to look for unisex bedding and alllll I see is grey there, too. I'm trying to not make his nursery, like, stereotypical boy nursery.

We went with gray furniture for my daughter and have kept everything. Now we're having a boy in December and I am obsessed with navy. I had decided Navy would be the color regardless of gender and we would pair with baby pink if a girl or charcoal for a boy.

Gray has been very popular for a number of years, yes
