Has this happened to anyone?

One day I went to pee Nd it burned, I immediately thought it was uti ... then I got in the shower I was washing down there and I felt bumps I got out, got a mirror and looked down there, they look like pimples.. I’m really scared has this happened to anyone ?

Edit :

I have two on the each side of labia majora, one of them has a white dot in the middle the rest are just bumps... I shaved my kitty,could they be ingrown hairs?
