Ttc with Pcos and endometriosis

I had a laprascopy which they drained cysts and took out most of the endo... they havent start me on fertility meds yet, and im having a watery discharge like i am ovulating. Wondering how many girls got pregnant after having a lap for the same things and how soon!?
