boyfriend never touches me or does oral

i been with my boyfriend for 4yrs and half, he nevered fingered or gave me oral ever just basic sex which is good but i never orgasm that way and its making me go crazy and i have told him and ask but he doesnt like it and i do understand that but thought he would try at least if he really loved me but no all he said was take it or leave it.

i dont know what to do cause i want to marry him but i dont think he ever pleasure me. Its like getting blue balls where he finishes and he just leaves me to finish myself.
