Am I ovulating?

My husband and I have been trying to conceive for 4 months now, and all 4 months I have taken ovulation tests (clear blue ovulation kits) and not once have I gotten a positive. I follow the instructions on the kit to a T. The first month I peed on the stick in the morning...and nothing. The following month I peed on the stick in the evening, because I heard that women in the northern hemispheres ovulate in the evening, but still...nothing. The third month I did both morning and evening tests, but still nothing. This month I am back to just evenings because I have literally spent triple digits on these pee sticks which is so frustrating. I get regular periods, and exhibit other symptoms of ovulation thick CM, increased temperature, (and just feeling extra twirley haha). Could the ovulation tests be wrong, or am I actually not ovulating? Regardless of my ovulation, I'm not really concerned that we haven't conceived yet, because the first 3 months of TTC one of us happened to be traveling on the week that I thought I was ovulating, so even if I was ovulating, I understand why I'm still not prego. I just want to know if anyone else has found these tests to be wrong?
