Random scratches all over me??

Question

So today I noticed I had claw marks on the side of my right thing and in the inner part of my thigh. I'm not really sure why they appeared. I haven't scratched & my nails are very short (as pictured). I don't own a cat, nothing like that has clawed my leg. Has this happened to anyone else? It's really weird to me. I noticed them cause they were starting to burn alittle

Yes! This happened to me too! I was just getting home from a road trip, I noticed scratches ALL over me, I thought it was from carrying in my luggage/grocery bags, but I doubt it. I also thought it was from my down coat, the feathers poking through, scratching me but they were more places than my coat covered. Looking it up online, sources point to an allergic reaction of some sort.

Even with short nails you could be scratching yourself in your sleep, but if you are sure that is not it you should see a doctor.
