I had a one day "period" that only filled 1/3 of a pad and for two days since I've had red/pink/orange mixed with lots of cm that's just dots here and there and when I wipe. It's a lot less today and has been intermittent the whole time.

My nipples have gone dark and my breasts are very tender and I'm in and off nauseous. But I feel like my hormones aren't reliable.

I had sex on the 2nd and today I think I'm around 9 or 10dpo.

I'm also worried about early menopause because I know the symptoms can be similar.
