At what age did you start potty training your baby?

I introduced it around two years old but I didn’t enforce it until around 2 1/2 almost 3.  I wanted her to get used to it slowly, to be honest I don’t think I would do it that way again.  I ended up getting frustrated and then wondering why it was taking so long.  Once I just completely took her diaper off and put undies she potty trained right away.

 I made a potty chart. Every time he would use the potty ( with my assistance and persistence) he would earn a sticker. So every time he got to 20 stickers he would get a PRIZE. He loved it. And it worked. Took some time but persistence is key. Good luck mama.
