Irregular
My periods have been super irregular since having a baby. I was thinking of getting the copper IUD but was told by my nurse that it wouldn’t necessarily regulate my cycle so I held off to do more research.
I don’t want to use a hormone based contraceptive- is there a way to get my period back to normal or at least slightly more regular? At the moment my cycle length is anywhere between 3 weeks and 2 months 🤨
