Wearing a bra to sleep ?

I don’t like wearing a bra to sleep.  I just like wearing a big T-shirt and panties. I heard sleeping with a bra is bad for you but I also heard it was good for you. What are your guys thoughts on it?

I wear a nursing bra to bed, but that’s only because if I don’t have pads on then I will wake up in a pool of milk 🤦🏻‍♀️

I used to sleep with a bra on when I was younger and living with parents but now I live in my own house with my husband I let the girls swing free.

I wear really loose Calvin brallettes under big tee shirts. I find it more comfortable

I either wear a tank top with a bra built in or a sports bra. Sleeping in a real bra suffocates me.

I sleep with a bra on because I’m very self conscious of someone was to walk into my room, I do sleep braless sometimes but when I sleep with a bra on which is basically most of the time I have it on it’s loosest
